Assistant Chief Rob Abraham, on behalf of Chief Ron Tischer and the La Crosse Police Department, welcomed two new officers at a swearing-in ceremony that took place this morning. Stephen Trussoni, a previous Civilian Service Employee of the department, and Ethan Purkapile joined the LCPD family as our newest sworn members. Congratulations Stephen and Ethan!
