The La Crosse Police Department is proud to share a story of two off-duty officers, our very own Officer Jovanna Randall and her husband Officer Jeremy Randall of the West Salem Police Department, who jumped into heroic action when they came upon a fiery crash on their way home from vacationing in Kentucky.
