The La Crosse Police Department is investigating two suspicious circumstances complaints.
On Monday, December 1st at approximately 2:51pm in the area of Wood and Gohres Streets, a vehicle made contact with a 13-year-old female. There were two male subjects in the vehicle. The driver asked the female several questions, including if she wanted to go with them. The female stated no. The passenger told the driver they should leave, and the vehicle drove off.
Suspect and Vehicle description: The suspect vehicle is a possible older red/pink four door, with dark windows, very clean, and in good condition. The driver of the suspect vehicle is a black male, in his 20s or 30s, wearing a plain black cap and a black coat. The driver also had a diamond earring in his right ear. The victim also stated there was a black male passenger in his 20s or 30s. The passenger was wearing a puffy black coat with the hood up and a hat.
On Wednesday, December 10th at approximately 1:20pm in the area of Wood and Rublee Streets, a different vehicle made contact with the same 13-year-old female. The driver stated he was watching her, that she looked cold, and asked if she wanted a ride home. The female told the suspect no, and he drove away.
Suspect and Vehicle description: In this case, the suspect vehicle is a shorter looking four door, silver in color, with a large antenna on the trunk of the vehicle. There is a lot of garbage and a Hello Kitty blanket in the back seat of the vehicle. The suspect is a black male in his 30s with short hair, no tattoos, and no facial hair.
