Police are asking for the public’s help in locating an elderly white female, Kathleen “Kathy” B. Pantzer. She is diagnosed with dementia and is easily confused with directions. She was last seen at approximately 1:15 PM near Benedictine Vila of La Crosse at 2904 East Ave S. La Crosse, WI 54601. She was wearing a light blue long sleeve shirt, dark blue dress pants and a black purse. She is 5’3, 130 pounds, and has curly salt and pepper hair.
