In reference to the Armed Robbery on September 20th at the Wisconsin Auto Title Loan store in La Crosse, WI. The La Crosse Police Department is releasing surveillance footage related to this incident.
Photo #1 is from surveillance video taken from Wisconsin Auto Title Loans showing the suspect to be wearing a red bucket style hat with small white dots on it, a black “Chicago Black Hawks” sweatshirt, light grey sweatpants with “Chicago Bulls” on the left leg, red Nike tennis shoes and gloves. He was also wearing what appeared to be a fake beard covering his face.
Photo #2 is from surveillance video taken from a business in La Crosse two and one half hours prior to the robbery and the individual appears to be wearing some of the same clothing as the suspect is wearing in the surveillance video (Photo #1) from Wisconsin Auto Title Loan.
Photo #3 is a Silver Dodge Grand Caravan bearing Wisconsin registration 617-ZEH. The van may be connected to this incident. The van is registered to Amber M. Nolan F/W DOB 5-9-1982 and she may be in the company of the male in the attached photo.
The La Crosse Police Department is asking for the communities help in identifying the suspect in Photo 1 from the Wisconsin Title Loan store, the person in Photo 2 who may potentially be the same person in Photo 1. The La Crosse Police Department is also asking for the communities help in locating Amber Nolan and the van in Photo 3.
