Four Arrested: Drugs, Guns & Money Seized

On March 28^th at 10:20 pm the La Crosse Police Department’s Investigative Staff and Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at 1501 9^th St S. in La Crosse.  La Crosse Police Investigators developed information that heroin was being sold from this residence and were able to secure a search warrant based on this information.

As La Crosse Police approached and served the warrant, two individuals ran and a third jumped out a second story window. Police were able to apprehend two of the individuals and still successfully execute the warrant with three additional individuals inside.  Several of the individuals resisted arrest leading to one officer being injured.  That officer sought medical treatment and was released from the hospital.

Once inside the residence, police seized 15.9 grams of crack cocaine, 22.2 grams of heroin and 1.1 grams of K2, as well as 2 loaded firearms and over $6000.00 of cash. The estimated street value of the drugs seized was about $5000.00.  It was also discovered that there was a security camera system that is believed to be set up to protect the drug operation.

• Warrant

Aric A. Elmore 08-03-1974 of 1509 9^th St. S. La Crosse

• Possess with Intent to Deliver Heroin
• Possess with Intent to Deliver Cocaine
• Possess of Drug Paraphernalia
• Felon in Possession of a Firearm
• Possession of Synthetic Cannabis
• Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place

Montel D. Ivory 06-28-1992 of Milwaukee
