The La Crosse Police Department will have extra Police Officers working this weekend (Both Friday 5/9 and Saturday 5/10) on a High Visibility OWI Grant along with other agencies in the state of Wisconsin. The goals for these grants are to reduce traffic related injuries and death and to gain voluntary compliance with existing laws and improve safety.
