Eddy A. Arca (DOB 2/20/1988)
On Wednesday, February 25th, the La Crosse Police Neighborhood Resource Officers were conducting surveillance in response to neighborhood complaints about illegal drug activity in the 1400 block of Caledonia Street. Officers observed suspicious activity behind 1417 Caledonia Street and further investigation led officers into obtaining a search warrant for this residence. Officers seized 611 grams of marijuana, $7,043 in cash, two electronic stun guns, a handgun, and other drug paraphernalia.
Eddy A. Arca (DOB 2/20/1988) was arrested and jailed pending charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver-THC, Possession of Electric Weapon, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Joshua D. McCracken (DOB 4/13/1995) was arrested and charged with Possession of THC, Possession of Electric Weapon, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
