The La Crosse Police Department is investigating a report of shots fired in the 900 Block of Caledonia Street, during the overnight hours of July 19, 2019.
On July 19th, 2019 La Crosse Police were dispatched to the Partners for Excellence School at 901 Caledonia Street at 10:02AM for a report of windows that had been damaged overnight. During the course of the investigation, it was determined the damage was a result of gunshots. Additionally, Officers located evidence of a shooting at an adjacent property at 932 Caledonia Street, which is also the clubhouse for the Society for Brotherhood (SFB) motorcycle club.
At this time it does not appear as though anyone has been injured as a result of this shooting, and we are continuing to actively investigate this situation.
The La Crosse Police Department has been in contact with the administration at Partners for Excellence School, and we are working closely with them to ensure the safety of their students and staff.
