Last night La Crosse Police investigators and Emergency Response Team served a search warrant on 2755 George St. apartment #8 as part of an ongoing drug investigation into Jack D. Taylor (DOB 03-10-1985) of La Crosse. Mr. Taylor was taken into custody at the time of the search warrant and a search of the residence netted over 100 grams of suspected methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $4500.00 and $3200.00 of cash.

He was arrested in May of 2019 and charged with Manufacture/Delivery of amphetamine in La Crosse County for which he was out on bond at the time of his arrest. Additionally, Mr. Taylor was out on bond for 4 open drug related cases out the State of Minnesota.
It is understood Mr. Taylor is considered innocent until proven guilty, however he is an example of a “for profit” drug dealer that continues to sell drugs in our community while out on bond.

- Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Deliver
- Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place

Keep him in jail doesn’t deserve to be on the streets
