La Crosse Police are referring three individuals to the La Crosse County District Attorney’s Office for criminal charges stemming from a shooting incident that occurred on July 19th, 2019.

On July 19, 2019 La Crosse Police were dispatched to the Partners for Excellence School at 901 Caledonia Street at 10:02AM for a report of windows that had been damaged overnight. During the search warrant, Investigators collected multiple pieces of evidence including a DVR for the surveillance camera system inside of the property. A forensic evaluation of this DVR was conducted by the Wisconsin State Crime Lab, and they located a recently deleted video showing the shooting incident.
