As part of an 18-month drug conspiracy investigation, La Crosse Police have obtained nationwide arrest warrants for the following four individuals for Conspiracy to Deliver Heroin (greater than 50 grams) and Conspiracy to Deliver Cocaine (greater than 40 grams):
Beginning in July 2015, La Crosse Police and agents from Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) used surveillance techniques and confidential informants to identify key players and locations of drug dealing in the La Crosse area.
In September of this year, Douglas M. Owens and Juanita V. Downs Owens were arrested and over $24,000 worth of drugs were removed from La Crosse area streets.
In addition, the following individuals have been charged in reference to this case:

Antjuano Green 09/03/1981
Antjuano Green was charged in La Crosse with Conspiracy to Deliver Heroin (greater than 50 grams) and Conspiracy to Deliver Cocaine (greater than 40 grams).

Deante L. House, Sr 12/05/1985
Deante House is currently being held on drug charges in Kane County, Illinois. La Crosse Police have also obtained a nationwide arrest warrant for House for Conspiracy to Deliver Heroin (greater than 50 grams) and Conspiracy to Deliver Cocaine (greater than 40 grams).
The La Crosse Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Tyrone Johnson, Timothy Robinson, Larry Baldwin or Nicholas House. These four are believed to be in the Chicago, Illinois area, but are known to frequently visit La Crosse.
