Search Warrant Nets Gun, Drugs, Money & 3 Arrests

On Friday May 26^th La Crosse Police Investigators along with the La Crosse Police Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at 3003 28^th St. South.  Investigators developed information that this residence was the supply line to other drug dealers in the area.

Upon executing the search warrant, Investigators located three suspects as well as four children (ages 12, 8, 7 & 2). The search of the residence located over $5700.00 cash, 114 grams of cocaine with an estimated street value of $11,000.00, 180 grams of synthetic cannabinoids, 64 grams of marijuana and 0.2 grams of heroin.  Additionally, a loaded hand gun was located within feet of a baby crib.

• Possession with Intent to Delivery Synthetic Cannabinoids Less Than 200 Grams
• Possession of Narcotic Drugs
• Maintain Drug Trafficking Place
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• Neglecting a Child

Marcus D. Stokes (03/01/1979) of La Crosse

• Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine Greater than 40 grams
• Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana Less Than 200 Grams
• Possession with Intent to Delivery Synthetic Cannabinoids Less Than 200 Grams
• Possession of Narcotic Drugs
• Possession of a Firearm as Felon
• Maintain Drug Trafficking Place
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• Neglecting a Child
• Parole Violation
