LCPD to Open Emergency Warming Shelter

Due to the dangerously cold weather, the La Crosse Police Department will open the Community Center portion of Police Station #2 (713 Saint James Street) as an emergency warming shelter.  The shelter will be open tonight, Friday, and Saturday nights from 7:00PM through 8:00AM the next day and will be staffed by police personnel.
